Where do I fly to?
Melbourne Airport or Tullamarine is the International Airport and the one most of you will arrive at. There is also the option of Avalon which is about 90 minutes from Lorne most of you can fly there domestically - or if you land in Sydney and have a connecting flight you can choose to arrive there.
What about transfers?
There will be some scheduled buses leaving both airports. When we know flights we will let you know what coach you will be on, where to meet and all of that sort of information. Each bus will have a UGWA coach monitor to meet them at the airports and you will be given a contact number as well.
How will I get to Lorne if I arrive a few days before the event and want to stay in Melbourne?
Firstly, we can recommend a hotel as there are two that we are working with to get a good deal for you, and we will let you know who else is staying there so you can connect. There will be a coach leaving from central Melbourne at about 10.00am.
Are there coaches coming from anywhere else?
Yes there are - we are looking at two extra - one from Adelaide that will leave there on Friday 11th which will mean you need an extra night at The Mantra. There will also potentially be one from Gippsland and if there are the numbers other parts of Victoria.
How far is Lorne from Melbourne
It is about 2 hours drive depending on traffic - in kilometers it is 150km in miles that is about 92 miles.
Can I drive to The Mantra?
Sure can, and there is onsite free parking.
I see you offer that I can be matched with another guest to share a room. How will that work?
If you would like to share one-bedroom apartments we can match you up with other women travelling alone, and connect you before the event. If you would like this option then please select share on the option for this room, and tick the share with an unknown female in the registration from.
What are your cancellation policies?

What happens if I book and I am overseas and we can't come to Australia because of Covid?
You'll recieve a refund as per our Terms and Conditions for the answers to this.
What happens if I buy a virtual ticket and the transmission doesn't work from your end during key note speakers?
We will be streaming live via Facebook and Zoom with a ton of back up plans including a portable modem and extra wifi - so we should be right. Everything will be recorded so you will also have access to that.
If I buy a Boutique Experience and I get there and want to stay longer can I?
Sure can - just let us know ASAP during the day and we will get it organised easily and seamlessly.
I have food allergies and intolerances will these be catered for?
Most definitely. Closer to March we will send out a final part of your registration form to gather all of this information. When you register there is a question that is at the end that asks you if you would like to tell us anything else, feel free to put anything there that you need to.
What happens if there are still restrictions in place?
We feel very confident that by November some (if not all) of the restrictions will have eased. We have to manage these as they come and go and have experts to consult with in this arena.
